Yes — your guide speaks English and looks after you for the whole trip, so you can ask questions, follow the safety briefing and know what happens next at every island.

Yes. Our team includes a Chinese-speaking guide with a tourism degree, so you are welcome to message us in Chinese and book in Chinese. A Chinese-speaking guide can also join you on the boat — that depends on the schedule for your date, so tell us when you want to travel and we will confirm whether we can arrange it. Every trip has an English-speaking guide either way.

Please read this before you book. Lunch on the boat is a halal seafood buffet — it is built around fish and seafood, and our kitchen is not set up to cook a separate vegetarian meal. Fresh fruit is served, but once the boat leaves the pier there is nowhere to buy anything else. If you eat strictly vegetarian, tell us when you book and you are very welcome to bring your own food on board. We would rather tell you now than have you go hungry at sea.

Boleh. We have guides who speak Bahasa Melayu, and you are welcome to message us and book in Malay. Whether a Malay-speaking guide is on your boat depends on the schedule for your date, so tell us your date and we will confirm before you pay. Rarely, on a very quiet day, a trip is combined with our partner boat — same standard, and the food is halal there too. Every trip has an English-speaking guide either way. Yes, and plenty of our guests can't. Every passenger wears a life jacket, and the guide takes you through the dark part of the tunnel holding a rope, so you are pulled along rather than swimming. Tell us at check-in and a guide will stay with you.

Yes. Children love the snorkelling stops at Koh Cheuak and Koh Waen because there are so many fish, and everyone wears a life jacket the whole time. Anyone who prefers to stay dry can sit on the boat and watch — it is shaded and comfortable.

Yes. The buffet lunch is halal and cooked by Muslim cooks. Over 90% of the island communities around the Trang sea are Muslim, so halal cooking is the local norm here rather than a special arrangement.

The main season runs 1 October to 31 May with the full itinerary. Between 1 June and 31 August the islands open only when the National Park Department announces it for that year — this changes from year to year with sea conditions, and the itinerary may visit different islands. September is closed every year.

If the Marine Department suspends sailing or a storm comes in, we refund your deposit in full. Our team contacts you before the trip if anything changes.

You don't need one, and you don't need to ask a Thai friend to pay for you.
